GrowthCafe allows anyone to create and share content in very few simple and easy steps. Users can record and upload lessons right from their mobile device, which enables them to get the skills and strategies they need to get up to speed quickly and serve in their learning growth.

Course Delivery

GrowthCafe allows courses to be administered in following two ways

• Instructor Led: GrowthCafe lets you manage Instructor-Led Trainings (ILT) and leverage technology to support delivery both in the classroom and virtually. For e.g. Classroom trainings for leadership development programs, workshops on IT disruption etc.
• Self-Paced: Self-paced learning makes it possible for coaches who to create their own courses and publish them. It is especially easy for teachers who give their students the ability to schedule their own time to complete a course.
